La Casa Con Libros is a unique Andalusian house where cultures, stories, and people meet. Rooted in local community life, we combine cultural activities, creative practices, and intercultural learning in a human-scale environment in southern Spain. Our home blends the warmth of a traditional casa, the inspiration of a bookshop, and the energy of a vibrant community space.
Within Erasmus+, we host adult and senior group mobilities, job-shadowings, traineeships, and trainings, all based on learning through culture, dialogue, and shared experience.

Our Programmes
Culture, communication and cooperation
Discover Andalusia through culture, art, and community-based learning. Our Erasmus+ programme for adult and senior groups (KA1 ADU) combines cultural heritage, creative workshops, and everyday life experiences — from energetic flamenco and community dance activities with Spanish seniors to urban quests, poetry workshops, and work with local volunteers.
Learning happens through interaction, cooperation, and direct contact with the local community, with all activities adapted to the group’s needs and pace.

Trainings Educators and Leaders
We offer specialised Erasmus+ training courses for educators, trainers, facilitators and organisational leaders working in adult education, culture and the social sector.
Andalusian Breath – Resilience & Burnout Prevention
A well-being and resilience programme inspired by Andalusian rhythms of life, designed to support professionals working with people.
Two tailored versions are available:
- For Educators & Teachers
Focused on preventing burnout, restoring motivation, and building healthy boundaries in everyday educational work. The programme supports emotional balance, creativity, and sustainable engagement in teaching and facilitation. - For Leaders & Coordinators
Adapted for leaders and staff working in NGOs, cultural organisations and educational institutions, such as Erasmus+ coordinators. The course focuses on resilience, conscious leadership, stress management, and caring for both oneself and one’s team.
Gamification in Education.
Learn how to design engaging, playful learning experiences and introduce game-based methods into your educational or training practice. The course combines hands-on workshops, practical tools, and collaborative design of games and escape rooms for educational contexts.
Spanish Language Course
Improve your Spanish through intensive practice and active learning, including urban quests, creative exercises and communication-focused activities led by experienced educators. Programmes are adapted to the participants’ language level.
Each course can be offered in English, Polish or Spanish, includes a tailored programme, time for reflection and exchange, and cultural immersion in Andalusia.

Inspiring Job Shadowing
At La Casa con Libros we offer inspiring job shadowing opportunities for culture workers, educators, librarians and community organisers. Participants can observe our daily work in designing engaging cultural and educational events, building and nurturing audiences, and running creative literary and cultural animation.
Depending on your interests, you can join us in activities with seniors, collaborate with local collectives and see how we co-create projects with our community. Job shadowers may experience different formats, such as networking meetings hands-on workshops, public events, co-created publications, reading promotion campaigns, and gamified learning activities.
We adapt each job shadowing placement to the profile of the visiting organisation and the objectives of your Erasmus+ project.

La Casa con Libros is an experienced cultural and educational hub in Andalusia, active for over 20 years. Our mission is to promote literature, creativity, and community engagement by holding author events, creative workshops, book clubs, street art and concerts. We also run a second-hand bookshop and collaborate with local and international partners.
Our diverse team specialises in communication, gamification, ESG, environmental education, resilience and mindfulness, creative writing, and cultural management. We are passionate about connecting people and cultures through inspiring learning experiences.
